What to take and when?

Day 1-5: The first dayof mestrual bleeding marks the onset of the follicular phase and is called Day One of the menstrual cycle.

PHASE 1： From day 6-12 use "Begin the Cycle"

This formula provides nourishment to support the Qi, blood and Yinnof the body after menstrual bleeding has ceased or from day 6 of te cycle.

PHASE 2: From day 13-19 use "Mid-Cycle Support" to support the body and enhance normal ovulation.  This formula contains herbs to nourish kidneys and support the blood.

PHASE 3: From day 20 until menstruation begins use "Premenstrual Ease" to support a stress free lead-up to normal menstruation.
