Each pill contains:
Citrus reticulata (Citrus peel) fruit peel equiv. to dry	33mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) fruit equiv. to dry	33mg
Bambusa breviflora stem equiv. to dry	22mg
Citrus aurantium (Bitter Orange) fruit equiv. to dry	22mg
Pinellia ternata (Pinellia) rhizome equiv. to dry	22mg
Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry	18mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry	11mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome equiv. to dry	11mg

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
